Theresa Pueyo

SACT Specialist Nurse

Theresa is a 1998 graduate of BS in Nursing back in the Philippines. She worked as a chemotherapy and bone marrow nurse and worked in the Day Treatment Unit for 3 years. In 2003 she moved to England and worked for 2 years in a care home. After that she worked for a couple of years in the surgical a private hospital in Oxford. She took a chemotherapy course and worked in their oncology department. She then moved to Churchill Hospital in Oxford as an SACT SNP. She set up a Nurse Led Telephone review pre-cycle treatment for melanoma patient having immunotherapy. In 2022 she had a chance to work as a SKIN CNS and TVCA lead Skin CNS for 2 yrs. Now back working as a SACT SNP and a member of the Immunotherapy working group in the Trust. Also lead the Steroid sick day rule Teaching for in our IO Toxicity service.
