Florence has worked as a head and neck dietitian at UCLH for over 10 years. She is currently working towards a PhD investigating feeding practices after reconstructive flap surgery. Florence chairs the British Dietetic Association Head and Neck Oncology subgroup and is a member of the NIHR Nutrition & Cancer Collaborative ‘living with and beyond head and neck cancer’ workstream. Florence has a specialist interest in nutritional intervention as part of enhanced recovery after surgery.
