Pippa is a Principal Head and Neck Oncology Dietitian at Guy’s Hospital, where she has worked since 2008 and has been instrumental in developing and leading one of the UK’s largest and busiest head and neck dietetic services. She has played a prominent role nationally through her work with the BDA Oncology Specialist Group, previously serving as Chair of the Head and Neck Sub-Group and helping to establish the first AHP programme at the BAHNO conference.

Her research interests include the assessment of body composition across oncology pathways, nutritional support during chemoradiotherapy and the optimisation of nutritional interventions for patients with incurable cancer. Pippa’s postgraduate training in Clinical Pedagogy at King’s College London has led to lecturing roles at King’s College and London Metropolitan University.

Before joining Guy’s, she worked at Barts Health NHS Trust across a range of medical specialties while maintaining a strong focus on oncology. She continues to contribute to the advancement of head and neck dietetic practice and is regularly invited to share her expertise across regional and national forums.
