Jennifer is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals since 2011. She has spent the majority of this time specialising in Head and Neck Oncological Surgery and Reconstruction.

Alongside this, she has previously sat on BAHNO Council and also BAOMS Council. She is the incoming President of the Society of Women in Maxillofacial Surgery. She has been the Clinical Director of Thames Valley Cancer Alliance, responsible for delivering Cancer Strategy and Policy across all tumour types in Thames Valley. Currently, she is a Divisional Medical Director at Oxford University Hospitals, responsible for professional standards and governance mostly for doctors and is also one of the National Clinical Leads for the Head and Neck Cancer GIRFT process.
