Dr Matthew Beasley is a Clinical Oncology Consultant at the Bristol Cancer Institute specialising in head and neck cancers, thyroid cancer and radiotherapy for haematological malignancies. He undertook a head and neck and lymphoma radiotherapy fellowship in Vancouver before taking up a consultant post in Bristol in 2007 where he introduced IMRT, spent 6 years as head of radiotherapy and is now clinical lead for oncology. He has been PI and has been on the TMG for multiple head & neck studies in the UK. He has served on the Royal College of Radiologists Faculty Board for 3 years and is a member of the college Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
