Shaheena Sadiq has been a head and neck and neuroradiologist for the Swansea Bay Health Board for over 15 years, having trained in London and Cardiff, gaining further experience in the US and Australia prior to starting her consultant post. Since then, she has been a member of the Southwest Wales head and neck cancer MDT. A wide variety of challenging MDT cases, working closely with patients and colleagues, as well as participating in multiple worldwide digital meetings has resulted in a broad experience in imaging complex head and neck patients. Overtime she has developed links with primary and secondary care colleagues to improve patient pathways and outcomes both locally and in neighbouring health boards. She has recently been involved in developing the SBHB neck lump rapid diagnostic clinic with interesting early results. Out of work she enjoys life with her family on the Gower coastline.
